Intake Process
Client Intake Process
Our client intake process is designed to ensure seamless and efficient experience for new clients. Upon initial contact, clients will be asked to provide some basic information to help us understand their needs and preferences. This information includes personal details, medical history, and reasons for seeking our services. After collecting this information, our team will schedule an initial consultation to discuss the client’s goals and outline the next steps in their journey with us.
Evaluation / Assessment Process
Once we receive the necessary intake forms and authorizations our team will reach out and schedule your first appointment, which is typically an evaluation or assessment. All evaluations and assessments are completed by our master level therapists. It is during this appointment that our therapist obtains the information they need to determine the frequency of services along with your child’s goals.

Whether you’ve discussed pediatric therapy with your loved one’s primary care provider or have just begun noticing that they’re missing or struggling with milestones their same-aged peers have achieved, you’re not alone. Pediatric therapy offers targeted support for a range of developmental challenges, helping your loved one gain essential skills and confidence. Conditions we address include but are not limited to:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Cerebral Palsy
- Down Syndrome
- Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Fine or Gross Motor Delays
- Sensory Processing Disorders
- Speech and Language Delays
One evaluation is all it takes to get started. During the evaluation, our team assesses your child’s individual needs and determines which services are appropriate.
Based on the evaluation, recommendations may include:
- ABA Therapy (In Clinic Evaluations)
- Occupational Therapy (In Home & In Clinic Evaluations)
- Speech Therapy (In Home & In Clinic Evaluations)
Not every child will need every service. Recommendations are made based on the evaluation findings and clinical need to ensure personalized, effective care.
In serving children, it’s our goal to set them up for success not just at their current age but in their full developmental trajectory. When your loved one has delays in development, early intervention is key. Starting as early as infancy, we work through crucial stages of their behavior development, gross & fine motor skills, speech and language acquisition, and social aptitude. Early intervention also helps integrate proven strategies into your daily routines, reinforcing growth inside and outside therapy sessions.
