When we receive your referral, our team will handle it from there.

Our team will reach out to the family within 24 hours to collect more information and determine the next steps based on their needs.
VERIFY INSURANCE
We are committed to helping clients navigate the insurance process and will work with them to explore alternative options if necessary.
TOUR OUR FACILITIES
To ensure we can support clients appropriately, we offer families a tour of our clinic so they can observe our program and offerings.
SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT
Once we receive necessary authorizations our team will reach out and schedule the first appointment, which is typically an evaluation or assessment.
ONGOING COMMUNICATION
