Welcome to Therapy Matters!

You’re not just starting a new job, you’re joining a mission.

Let’s get started. Let’s make a difference together.

Your Onboarding Journey: From Offer to Day 90

Your onboarding begins the moment you say “yes.” Your onboarding steps may vary slightly depending on whether your role is clinic-based, home-based, or administrative – but we’ll guide you through every part.
